Free Standard shipping within the Netherlands on all orders of €99 and over, and within Germany and Belgium on all orders of €150 and over. Standard orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. All orders ship from the Netherlands. At this time, we cover all customs fees and import duties on orders shipping within the European Union. All other international customers (customers shipping to countries outside of the EU) are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item\apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
