Shipping & Returns

Free Standard Shipping Thresholds:

Delivery Times: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped from the Netherlands within 3 to 5 business days for Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Customs & Import Duties: For all orders delivered within the European Union, we cover all customs fees and import duties. International customers ordering from outside the European Union are solely responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your product arrived defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at info@barbell-rebels.com within 30 days of purchase, including clear photos of the damage/defect.

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to sizing, color choices, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees (No restocking fee).

We will process and apply the refund for the returned item as soon as the product arrives at our facility in its original condition. Once we process your return and send you an email confirmation, the funds normally take 3 working days to arrive back into your account via your original payment method.
